I live in the houston area, and are currentlt planning a wedding for November of this year 2009, I would like to have a black and white wedding but struggling with an accent color , such as colors for table clothes and chair covers with chair ties?

I'd look at the colors that will already be at your site...such as the colors of fall leaves -- burgundy, persimmon, gold -- to suit your fall wedding timing, and also pull in the natural color of your surroundings. I like to see tent poles covered, or at least spiral-strung with little white lights [experts may call these fairy lights if they just stay on, or twinkle lights if they blink. Hi Janay! Yes, most sites have established new rules forbidding most of the common toss-its like birdseed, rose petals, confetti, and such. And lots of couples don't want to do the bubbles thing either, since the bubble liquid actually can damage the wedding dress! Get hit with enough of them,... Question:

Hi Sharon!! My boyfriend and I are soon to be engaged, but not planning on having a long engagement at all...how long do you recommend waiting so that everything can be organized and well planned out? And when planning a wedding where do you recommend starting?

I wouldn't go any shorter in planning time than 6 months, so that you have access to great wedding vendors.
