Please join us for a celebration of Love, Friendship, Laughter and Family as we exchange marraige vows to complete our circle of family, on Saturday 30th May 2009 @ 3.00pm at the North Lakes Resort Golf Club. Steven and I met in 1996 and quite frankly that evening I laid eyes on him, it truly was love at first sight, soppy I know but, I knew he was going to play an integral part in my life. In July 1997 our beautiful wee princess Emma-Kate was born and we fell in love all over again. Then in November of 2002 little Miss Olivia Grace 'from outer space' came into, or should I say bombarded our lives. What a character she is, and we love her. Steven and I have had some very rocky times but we have grown, overcome and remained united as a couple, bringing up our girls together and as a family. And our love is stronger for it. Our relationship has evolved into what it is today and after both of us losing quite a few family members over the last few years we realise what is really important to us. FAMILY & FRIENDS. Some of our good friends we may not have seen for a long time and some we just don't have the time to catch up with because family life, work and other commitments get in the way. Same goes for family, there are a lot of family members out there who we would like to be part of our special day.
Steven and I have everything we need so in lieu of gifts we would like you to make a small donation on the day to the QLD Cancer Foundation in memory of my sister, Pauline who passed away on 6/08/08. And also Mick White, Steven's older brother who also passed away in 2006 from the same awful disease. Please have a look at our 'Memory Table' at our wedding.
We would ask everyone to take loads of photos as we are sure to get some more personalised shots taken by our guests. If you could let our M.C, Mark Farrenden know that you have photos of our special day, and you will be able to email them to our specially created email address that you can access from our map in "Links and Info". Anyone who has a video camera we would love to get some great footage of our day as you know videographers can be expensive, anyone with cinematography ambitions, please give it a go and let us see your work.
We want to just enjoy, chat, dance, sing, eat, DRINK, party and have fun.
