Kim Brigden sat down with us and helped us with a personalized menu, though the regular wedding menus looked fantastic it did not go with our theme or time of day for our wedding. So she took our ideas of what we wanted for an English Tea, helped us collaborate what we wanted and shared it with the chef. Everything was artfully displayed and tasted terrific from the appetizers to the dessert buffet.
