Our flower arrangements turned out beautifully. The florist met with the bride almost once a month until the wedding. But our flowers didn't come out the right color. We had asked for pastels but ended up getting bright purple and yellow instead of pastel pink and pastel yellow. The florist blamed it on the vendor, but I had no warning to expect the new colors. I showed up to the church the morning of the wedding and...let's just say I'm glad I was a calm bride. We received no offer of a discount. The arrangements were beautiful, though. Also, if you use this florist, just do your own pew bows and save yourself the money. I paid her to hang ours, but they weren't secured or "fluffed up."
