Carol was lovely to work with! Her shop is located in the SF Gift Center & Jewelrymart which isn't normally open to the public so you'll need to call ahead to be put on the guest list. We went in with some very general ideas of what we wanted for our rings. She showed us different stones & settings and asked us questions to determine exactly what we wanted. She had the perfect stone & setting for my engagement ring and was able to size it and put it together for us in about an hour. We walked out that day with the engagement ring & the groom's wedding band. We also brought in a family heirloom ring with small diamonds we wanted to use for a new wedding band. She was able to have the new ring for us between 2-4 weeks later. She is really fun to work with and her prices are very reasonable!
