I did the reception flower DIY and ordered in bulk from the flower exchange. The prices are great and the flowers looked beautiful - will definitely order from again!

Because I wanted real flowers for my centerpieces, I knew I couldn't afford a real florist. So, I did all my flowers myself. The Flower Exchange had the best prices and shipping options (free on orders over $150). They arrived early on the date I specified so I had plenty of time to prep them and "wake them up". Don't be afraid to do your own flowers! With the quality of flowers from this vendor and how-to videos on Youtube.com, I was able to have all the flowers I wanted for my wedding at a price I could afford.

I wanted to save $$ so I made my own bouquets & I ordered my flowers in bulk online. The wedding packages they have were perfect for us. There was a small glitch in the order when it arrived, but one phone call and everything was fixed and the correct flowers were delivered the next morning (and I got to keep the 50 wrong colored cala lilies they sent, which I used as rememberance flowers and at the rehearsal dinner!) As long as you order flowers to arrive 3 days beforehand you have nothing to worry about even with a mistake. These guys do 100s of wedding packages every weekend with flowers direct from south america... one box is bound to be mixed up occassionally. With their quick curtious corrections I would highly recommend them and use them again!

We did our own designing but ordered our Gerbera Daisies wholesale. The flowers were in perfect condition. They lasted over a week AFTER the wedding and the service was amazing. Questions answered breifly and tips and ideas on their website very helpful. I believe we saved around $500 ordering wholesale.
