Weddings are magical events full of love and laughter. Wedding planning, however, can be daunting and stressful. Even the most savvy, organized, and thorough bride-to-be can find herself wanting to pull her hair out trying to deal with all the details, and even the most mild-mannered and darling groom-to-be can find himself wondering why you two didn’t just elope!

This is where an event planner (wedding coordinator, bridal consultant, the list of common titles goes on and on) can help save your sanity and give you the opportunity to enjoy your wedding details instead of being inundated by them.

There are several ways to address planning and coordination and they are largely dependant on how much work the bride-to-be (or the couple) wants to do themselves.
