Terry was very rude and unprofessional. As soon as our check cleared the bank, she quit communicating with me and did not deliver on the services we were promised. She was late for setup, then left before doing anything. She was late on the wedding day. We did not get any pre-ceremony photos or bridal party photos. I have still not received the few photos she did take and now she is ignoring my messages. Everything was wrong...the flowers, the cake, we ran out of food. He staff was eating our food while prepping it! The favors did not get put out for the guests, candles didn't get lit. She did not give direction on anything throughout the day. She yelled at my guests. DO NOT HIRE HER...she will ruin your event!!
