Cake choices: "Whatever you want". Wow. We ended up going with a red velvet cake, chocolate mousse filling, chocolate buttercream icing on the outside with chocolate ganache poured over the top, garnished with raspberries and blackberries. Bonus points for not resorting to showy embellishments to make an impressive, elegant (and delicious) cake!
