I can't say enough good things about Chef Greg. I'm a vegetarian and we wanted authentic Tuscan-style food. We left it up to him to come up with a menu based on our price and he outdid himself. Everyone was amazed at how wonderful the food looked and tasted. It definitely didn't look or taste like a typical hors d'oeuvre-style buffet.
