Planning a wedding from abroad was not easy but having Marga help us was the best option.

I wanted a very well planned wedding, with high quality gastronomy and impecable dinning service but at the same time with a relaxed atmosphere and I had specific request on flowers.

Thanks to Moments our wedding was everythihng we dreamed of. Every step of the wedding was perfectly planned, from picking up the guests at the hotel to the decor and gathering my things the day after. Without them we would have been lost, I can say that as soon as I stepped down from the plane in Mallorca I decided to relax and have fun, and that is exactly what I did because Marga took care of everything. She also helped us arrange the pre wedding party, which turned out more than perfect with live music on a beachside restaurant.

Moments also offers decoration services and we decided to go with them since it was easier for me but I have to say that I found it a bit expensive although I did ask for expensive flowers. They can provide a range of options one can choose from.

Moments do not skype with the clients, so communication is basically done by email or phone, and this can be either expensive or difficult if you prefer talking with someone, but on the other hand emails are great if you forget your previous conversations.

I recommend them 100%

If doing it again I would not have used the same wedding planner - M - Moments. They really let me down on the day

....here’s a run down of what went wrong on our day. You’ll see it was

all due to the wedding planner!

- she was so unbelievably unprofessional - she just wasn't visible on the

day.....

- she set the tables wrongly, made my sister cry and then came to me

to tell me about this ‘huge problem’ - which it turned out was a tiny

thing – I had to tell her to calm down/not to worry about it......

still can't get over that part!

- she didn't get the microphone to the best men so father of the groom

speech was done without mic. As we had paid (wages and dinner) for the

DJ to come early just so we'd have a mic for the speeches, this was an unnecessary

disappointment

- Through a miscommunication, she didn’t bring water to the church.....

- my jewellery went missing. I really spent too much on it (ouch) but I

figured I'd always have it. It fell out dancing so I put it somewhere

safe.....and then the WP team cleared it away and now say they don't

know where it is.

I’m so disappointed with Moments. I tried to tell them how I felt but

they were so rude to me.....dismissing my complaints - they actually

made me cry whilst on honeymoon! :(

My husband tells me to forget it - but - I paid these guys to help me

and in the end they were the ones who spoiled things. I worked so hard

for the day. I honestly would have been better off without them

involved. They were more trouble than help... :(

Save yourself the heartache and don't book them for your wedding. At least then I'd know that someone was benefiting from my experience.
