Flowers on Orchard Lane

Jan at Flowers on Orchard Lane is wonderful. She's so easy to work with, is reasonably priced, and creates beautiful things. We couldn't be happier with her!

If I could give Jan 10 stars I would! The flowers came out better than I ever could have imagined. She did the best job for the price. I couldn't recommend her enough. We still go downtown every other weekend to buy flowers from her for our home just because we enjoy the flowers and the staff. One word to describe our wedding flowers: Perfection!

FOOL is very reasonable, one of the best priced florists I looked at. They're very nice people and our flowers looked great on the wedding day, I loved my bouquet and the bridesmaid's flowers. My one issue with them is that they didn't give me what I had asked for. There was a lot of discussion back and forth between us the last few months before the wedding, and it was obvious that they didn't write down all my requests/suggestions. I was ok with some of the flowers they added in and never talked to me about (the calla lillies for example), but they specifically put in a hydrangeas to our center pieces when i specifically requested no hyrangeas. At the same time, they were able to honor not to use some other flowers they had mentioned they used that I had said I wasn't particularly a fan of, but if we have no other choice, we can do it. I wouldn't have been so disappointed by the hygrangeas if they had talked to me about it the first time because I was more willing to meet our budget than to have all the flowers I wanted.

Regardless, the flowers still looked great (even the centerpieces) and many people commented on how nice they looked. I got several compliments on my bouquet and I agree that it looked fabulous! I'd recommend FOOL, just be aware if you have something specific in mind, they may have difficulties matching it.
