The cake was very cool and they had a lot of flavors to choose from (both cake and filling). I was only in email contact with Alejandra Miranda and forwarded a picture of what I was looking for and they matched it. Alejandra was great. She answered all of my one million questions without hesitation. The only down side was that they were a little pricy. But we got the cake that we wanted and it tasted great! We got almond cake with chocolate mouse filling.
