Amazing! They made the best mini cupcakes I have ever eaten. She also took last minute orders in stride. Very patient and saved the day when I tried Baked and wasn't able to get an order in time for our wedding.

Lauren Mitterer is a pastry chef extraordinaire! She did an unbelievable job with our cake. It was beautiful, and more importantly, one of the best cakes we have ever tasted (our red velvet layer was gone in seconds!) Lauren understood our vision and executed that vision to create a wonderful cake. As an aside, she also created the desserts for our rehearsal dinner at the Red Drum, and cupcakes for my bridal shower! This girl can do it all...affordably, dependably, beautifully, and tastefully!
