June, 2016 in New Cumberland

"The wedding weekend was great! Most of our guests came from out of town and we were very happy with our choices for lodging at the Canna Inn and the Fairfield, the rehearsal dinner at the Harris museum, and the wedding ceremony and reception at the Susquehanna Club!! The weekend worked out so perfectly. Many thanks to Wedding Mapper for providing a great website for our guests to navigate the area!!!"

"Fantastic! Everything was perfect at the Susquehanna Club on the wedding day!! We chose to have a Sunday wedding so we could afford to use both ballrooms. The couple got married in the Riverside Ballroom, had the cocktail hour downstairs, and the reception in the Main Ballroom. We even used the garden for wedding photos and games for children. It worked out so perfectly. We rented their white chairs for the ceremony in the Riverside Ballroom which looked very pretty overlooking the river, almost like an outdoor wedding, though we didn't want to worry about weather. The staff were super nice at the Susquehanna Club and Sharon and Vicky made planning easy. The food was wonderful. Folks especially raved about the prime rib, but the cod was also awesome. The covered entryway is the perfect place for a sparkler send-off, which everyone loved! We could not have chosen a better venue!!!"
