Question_mark Question:

Our daughter is getting married in Charleston SC in July (destination wedding). Is it alright if on the response cards we ask what hotel they are staying at? We would like to have "welcome baskets" waiting in their rooms when they arrive.

Answer:

You can certainly add that 'checklist' to the response cards! It's a wonderful way to stay organized, and it also reminds guests to hurry up and book their rooms!

You might word it like this:

Kindly let us know where you will be staying during our wedding weekend:
___ The Hilton
___ Quality Inn
___ Rose Arbor Bed and Breakfast
We look forward to seeing you!

If your response card doesn't have a 'choose your entree' checklist, this info can take up that spot. Some people like to print this checklist on the back of the response card, which keeps all details in one place.

Good luck!
