To answer this question, I have to have a lot more detail about your wedding plans. Khaki shorts are usually reserved for island destination weddings and casual beach weddings, but the word CASUAL is key. At formal outdoor, beach, or destination weddings, the men are wearing long pants, often linen pants that look amazing for the formality of the wedding.
If the men were to wear shorts, the bride would have to be in a super-casual sundress.
