I am currently trying to decide on a venue for my wedding ceremony and reception. I live in Miami, but the place I have fallen in love with is in Delray Beach (The Sundy House). I am worried that it will be too difficult for friends and family. Those who live in Miami will have to make the hour and a half drive, and I wouldn't know what to do with out of towners...set them up in Delray, set them up in Miami and drive them up, etc...

I saw that the Bonnet House in Ft. Lauderdale may have a similar feel and would be closer for everyone. It looks really pricey though...$5000 for 100 to rent...and then I would have to bring in all of the vendors. I am just wondering if anyone has been married there...if so, what was the experience, and how expensive was it?
