Check around to your local parks and recreational areas and see if they offer anything like that.. I know a lot of parks I have been too might charge like a $25 fee or something inexpensive to use the area. It all depends on where you are though. Also maybe try for a local theater or another building that isn't normally used for weddings. Sometimes you can offer to donate something in return for use of the facilities.
